Member Card | Legal Names Required

• Please provide your full legal name, including last name. This information is kept private and is visible only to LSPlayground staff for verification.
• You must be 21 years or older to apply. No exceptions.
• Legal names and member card photos are never visible to other members and are never shared outside of the LSPlayground team.

Profile Photos

• Your Member Card Photo must clearly show your face. For couples, both faces must be visible. This photo is used only for staff verification and is not visible to other members.
• Please upload 2 to 4 recent, high-quality photos. These are required for approval. Only upload photos of individuals who have given their consent.
• At least 2 photos must be visible to other members. Additional photos may be stored privately in your Passkey Album.

About Us Section

• Complete your “About Us” section with a bit about who you are and your lifestyle experience.
• This section helps us get to know you and is required for approval. Applications without a completed About Us section cannot be approved.

Acceptance

• If accepted, you will receive an email notification.
• Thoughtful responses and quality photos help move applications along more smoothly.
• LSPlayground thoughtfully reviews all applications and reserves the right to approve or decline at its discretion.
